You will enjoy some of the most beautiful, untouched country in America here at Geronimo Trail Guest Ranch.
Visit Native ruins where the Mimbres people of 750-1150 AD, and later Geronimo and the Apaches once roamed.
Riding and hiking takes you through tall Ponderosa pine forests with an abundance of wildlife, steep canyons with crystal clear streams running through them, high hills and lush meadows. Our horses are gentle and responsive. We have a good variety so we can meet any ability.
This is a real western adventure and you won't find better riding anywhere!
Other activities that our guests enjoy are campfires, stargazing, musical entertainment, outdoor and indoor games, roping lessons, photography, rodeo games and riding lessons in our arena, swimming in our small pool or the creek, or just reading a good book on one of our bench swings.
Our Ponderosa cabins nestled in the pines are comfortable and cozy with fireplaces, queen, twin and bunk beds, coffee maker, full bath/shower, sitting area, covered porches, and a cookie jar filled with homemade goodies. They are furnished in Native American style or Cowboy motif.
Our meals are taken in the dining room or outside on our picnic tables. Menu items include grilled salmon or trout, pork tenderloin, steaks, garden fresh vegetables, Mexican dishes, scrambled eggs, blueberry pancakes and chocolate mousse (and other incredible desserts!). We get many compliments on our fine dining and we can satisfy any dietary needs.
